Client Project Showcase: 
Toyota Showrooms.

Scope of project:
Building construction and projects management of the entire showroom building and carpark – New Showroom.

What the client needed from CPP:
To build the showrooms from plan, to specification, within the shortest possible timeframes.

Also to liaise directly with the professional team, to resolve information required on time, resolve problems in architectural and engineer's design and to resolve finishes directly with client.A fair amount of co-ordination was also required for liaison with Toyota SA, to ensure all is within the corporate guidelines, as dictated.

How we assisted them:
Constructed the building according to architectural designs provided. Liaised with client, engineers, sub- contractors to relevant deadlines to ensure the best results.

The benefit to the client:
The client saved large amounts of money due to not having to appoint their own on-site project or construction manager, since this was a turn-key project. To have a high quality building done at a very good price.

CPP comments:
Toyota Vereeniging. This was one of four showrooms that were built with CPP playing a key role in the planning, execution of works, co-ordination and implementation.

Toyota Sasolburg - The flag ship of the Toyota Showrooms would be Toyota Sasolburg due to the mere size of it, however, this project was not without problems.

Some problems incurred here were: Architectural and Engineers drawings did not correspond, causing a delay in on site adjustment of steel structure, delivery of Mini-Substation and delay of Telkom connection.

Nevertheless, completion brought fourth a functional and attractive building in a strategic position, ideal for car sales.
