Watson-Marlow Bredel’ superb knowledge, service and products has resulted in sales of over one million peristaltic tube pumps (pressures up to 7 bar, flow rates up to 8,000 litre/hour) and reinforced hose pumps (16 bar and 80 m³/hour).
Peristaltic pumps have no valves, seals or glands to leak, clog or replace.
The pumped fluid does not touch the pump itself – it is only in contact with the flexible hose or tube. Maintenance is confined to a periodic hose change, which takes a few minutes. Peristaltic pumps can run dry, reverse their direction of flow, and are self-priming.
