The Semifuse range of polymer re-settable PTC fuses has now been extended to include 10A-rated “strap” devices as well as 14A-rated leaded versions - suitable for use upto 20VDC. With a wide range of SMD versions available (upto 2920 size with a 3A/15VDC rating) UL/CSA/TuV approval and all RoHS compliant, the Semifuse PTC range is one of the most extensive available.
The Semifuse range complements the NEC thermal fuse and PEPI circuit-breaker ranges, ensuring a wide range of solutions to battery and power-supply designers alike.
