Pick and Place System

Pick and Place System

Product News Monday, February 6, 2006: Brillopak Limited

Brillopak is pleased to be promoting its recently-enhanced range of Pick and Place Systems at Southern Manufacturing 2006, 8-9 February, Thorpe Park. Visit Stand P25 to learn more about the capabilities of this type of equipment that we believe provides real value for money. For example, the cost of a system designed to replace one or two operators, will generally be recovered in 12 to 18 months through reduced wages and overheads and an increase in output. Systems can work 24 hours a day without tiring. Consistent output along with quality and repeatability are unmatched.

Our range includes the BK-Y500, an ideal base for a workstation. A semi automated pick and place system with integrated in-feed conveying and accumulation handles components ranging from 2000mm x 100mm x 100mm to 800mm x 25mm x 25mm at speeds up to 360 components per hour. Its X-Y guiding system allows exact positioning of the pick and place head. Head movement is extremely light and its design ensures that the component is not damaged. See for yourself! Samples of pick and place heads will be on show on our stand. The pick and place suction cups can be changed without tools and an automatic repeat function is available.

Brillopak has installed pick and place robot systems throughout the UK. Technical staff are on call to answer any questions that may arise. In addition, we design and manufacture a wide variety of innovative pallet handling equipment to provide comprehensive benefits to companies in a range of industries, from pharmaceuticals to automotive parts.

Brillopak is a specialist engineering systems design and manufacturing business, offering the complete package from the design and manufacture of machinery, carried out at our works in Rochester, Kent, to its installation. The design and manufacture of our equipment in-house facilitates after-sales service and spare parts supply.
