Our facility includes,
1] Die & tooling manufacturing- VMC (Deckle Maho)
2] Press shop – 1000Ton Mechanical Forging Press.
3] Heat treatment –Electrical (Normalizing, Hardening and Tempering )
4] Cleaning/Shot pinning – Table blast Machine.
Item capabilities- Connecting rod, crank shaft(2-3 whelers), Gear, transmission shaft, yoke, hub, flange, bevel gear, shifter fork, slack adjuster, differnetial gears, U.J cross, etc.
