Alcon Marepha was established in 2001 through a strategic joint venture between Marepha (Lone Ranger), 100% owned by Mr. Edwin Dwinki Phala, and Aberdare Group Pty, with shareholdings of 51% and 49% respectively. The company has built specialised manufacturing capacity to produce high quality overhead conductors. The company built a base of interrelated core competencies to support medium to long-term growth
