Possessing a fully equipped CNC burn shop. Major Metal Service performs top-notch heavy plate and pipe metal fabrication services, which include CNC burning, plasma cutting, and AWS/ASME compliant structural welding. Our flame cutting operations can slice through material up to twelve inches thick, while our CNC plasma cutting machinery can slice through materials up to 3 inches thick. We also own a 1000 ton press break that allows for heavy plate rolling and forming capabilities to service the rail, mining, manufacturing, agricultural and OEM industries.
