Mega Corporation specializes engineered plastic injection molded products, assemblies and materials. We pride ourselves on working with customers from the earliest point of the process to design and engineer products that meet all requirements at the least cost. We are able to work with design concepts from ideas or sketches, to the most sophisticated CAD files. SLA/SLS rapid prototyping is available. We design and plan tooling for injection molding your product, and can deliver the product with any secondary operation - ultrasonic welding, PAD printing, hot stamping, assembly, painting, etc. We work with manufacturing partners providing CNC machining, chrome plating and specifically designed materials. Our plastics expertise ranges beyond injection molding to extrusion, vacuum forming, rotational molding and blow molding. We also provide packaging and fulfillment services. With all this experience, we are able to deliver the product that you want on-budget and on-time.
