AETI is a Houston-based manufacturer of power distribution and control products and services. Our M&I Electric Division provides custom-designed MV and LV switchgear, MCCs, AC and DC variable speed drives, and power control buildings. We complete our offerings by providing full Electrical and Instrumentation construction and high-voltage testing/maintenance services for our customers.
Founded in 1946, the company has total revenues of over $100M, and more than 700 employees at our facilities in Texas (Houston and Beaumont), Mississippi, Singapore and China. We are publicly traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange as AETI.
AETI's traditional energy segments served include land and offshore exploration, production, pipelines, refining/petrochem, and we have recently expanded our power generation business to the alternative energy markets such as wind and geothermal as well.
